Park Central Lifestyle

Park Central Lifestyle (PTY) is a group o funky student Residence situated in Bellville & Parow, Cape Town.

Our Residence are safe and comfortable, affordable and convenient. It is are centrally located within close proximity to the University of Western Cape (UWC), the Nursing College, Boston City Campus, Northlink College and CPUT Bellville.

Our Residence are a walk away from the train station, bus routes, taxis and shops. The main focus is on the safety and security of our students with 24 hour security and cameras on the premises.

We currently offer two residences in Bellville: Park Central and Kruskal House, with two more residences namely Toplin House and Toplin Two in Parow.

We offer a dedicated study area, free internet access, a communal kitchen with fridges, microwaves, hot water boilers and stoves, coin operated laundry facilities, and a common recreational room with DSTV. We also offer preferential membership to a local gym. We accommodate mixed genders with guys and girls occupying separate floors and separate bathroom areas.

Our friendly, yet strict, environment promotes an enjoyable, social and studious life style. We have fair but firm House Rules that need to strictly be adhered.
