P&K Fusionfit Studio

We are a pilates and Kettlebell studio with a difference!
We offer the New York style pilates along with kettlebells which aids in cardio vascular training, rehabillitation, core strengthening, flexibility and toning.
Our studio also offers personal training, boxing, sports psychology, holistic massage, kids and teenagers development.
We offer private sessions, small group classes up to six people per class, duets, and trio classes. All rates differ depending on your choice of class. Sessions run between 45 minutes to an hour.
We are REPSSA approved - REPSSA 3839
We are all qualified in Level one First Aid.
