I am a Qualified Personal Trainer, I finished my Exercise Certificate in 2013 and Finishing my Diploma this year. I strive to help ladies to reach their fitness and weightloss goals, I am a very positive and motivational Trainer. You will see results if you eat and train as I tell you and advise you to. I am here to help and motivate you to feel better , learn to love your body and yourself and to become more health and fitness orientated.
