Ouplaas Accommodation

Ouplaas Farm is on the outskirts of McGregor. The farm is bordered by the spectacular Krans on the one side and a seasonal river on the other side. Mountain View Cottage has breath taking views of the Krans. This quaint cottage has a sleeping and lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Ouplaas is a birders paradise, with hundreds of species to view. Come and see our resident Stepp Buzzards. We are in the process of compiling a list of all the birds on Ouplaas, and welcome any help. For the more energetic there is a hiking path from Ouplaas up the Krans into McGregor, or take a meandering stroll along the river. We also have a variety of small mammals residing at Ouplaas, the largest being a Rooi Kat. Our rates are R200 per person sharing.
