Why do I as a Financial Advisor want to work with open minded professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals, families and business owners? People with financial challenges who need to take a handle on their debt and finances, or people who simply want to grow and improve their existing assets and investments - people that want to create a roadmap for their future?
My first and primary goal is to help them to become financial fit, helping people buy their time back. The most precious of all your resources is your time, so how can you make the most of it? Building your investments and focusing on improving its cash flow will in turn provide you with more free time. So the more financially fit you become the easier it will be for you to buy more time and in turn generate more cash flow.
Being financially free means that the return from your investments generates enough cash flow to pay your monthly expenses, if you can achieve this then your time is yours and you can spend it however you like! You need to learn to choose quality assets, assets with which you can build your own "cash generator". That might seem risky when you first start investing and don’t have the know-how to make good decisions, your instinct may be to avoid investing altogether and just save your money. But buying quality assets that generate cash flow, building your cash generator and making your money work for you is the only way to reach Financial Freedom. Rather than avoid investing, educate yourself and learn how to take control of your assets, because leaving your future to chance is much riskier than investing!
The second part whilst working on your Cash Generator is to protect your vehicle from all the various risk angles. My task as a Financial Advisor is to help you to become financially fit and to keep your focus on the development of your roadmap to achieve your goals.
