Two bedrooms with en-suite showers downstairs and an open deck with Victorian bath upstairs.

Large braai area ideal for long chats under the stars.

Facilities:

Three comfortable queen-size beds;

Galley kitchen with small microwave, toaster, induction hot plate (who cooks on holiday anyway?), large fridge;

Pots, cutlery and crockery and glasses for 6 people.

TV screen and DVD player only. Bring your own DSTV decoder to connect to TV channels.

PLEASE NOTE: Bring your own linen and bedding or request rates for bedding at an additional charge.

Rates for 2017:

Pre-occupation admin & booking fee: R290.

Long week-ends and school holidays: R1199 per night (4 ppn) + R75 pppn extra (minimum booking period of 14 days over peak season).

Rest of year: R999 per night (4 ppn) + R65 pppn extra (minimum booking period 2 nights).

Little dogs/pets: R45 each per day.


Cancellation policy:
30% of the total rental to be paid upon reservation and the balance on key collection (prior to occupation). In the event of a cancellation up to 2 weeks before occupation, your deposit minus 10% admin fee will be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period. If no alternative booking is made, the deposit will not be refunded.
