ONE Summer Place

One Summer Place is a beautiful self-catering ground floor unit in Shelly Beach. It has direct beach access, which means you get a daily wake-up call from the breaking waves on the beach. The unit sleeps up to six people and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a long weekend break to recharge your batteries or your annual family holiday.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, there are two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper couch in the lounge area allows for two more guests. All linen is provided and towels are provided on request. Please enquire for more information when making your booking.

There is a TV in the lounge as well as in the main bedroom. Both TV's are connected to the optional DStv which is available at a nominal daily rate - depending on the package of your choice, this rate ranges from R11,50 - R26,50 per day.

One Summer Place has recently been renovated and boasts a new modern kitchen with granite tops and two newly upgraded bathrooms as well. Daily service is available on request, but the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dishwasher in the unit, which makes life a little easier.

This unit is ideal for families, as there is a swimming pool and braai facilities on the premises. As it is a ground floor unit, it is also wheelchair-friendly.
A mere 50 steps away from feeling the sand between your toes, you can also take a short 500m stroll to the beautiful rock pool or sip on something cool on the deck of the Shelly Beach ski boat club.

The complex is walking distance from the shops and less than 1km away from the nearest movie house and various restaurants and you will also find golf courses within a 50km radius. Various excursions and fishing activities are within close vicinity. There truly is something for the whole family.

Unfortunately, we do not cater for matric rage students, as the occupants of the unit must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by an adult of 21 or over for the entire stay.
