Nzuza Architects was founded as Bhebhe and Nzuza Design, and established as Nzuza Architects Co-operative by principal architects Nompumelelo Nzuza in Johannesburg.

The practice has been growing steadily, with projects ranging in scale from research work, private houses, office blocks, to commercial residential properties.
