We pride ourselves on our quality A Grade meat. Norbert takes great pride in all his products and has done so ever since he started in the business. Our sausages are all hand made and we make our own bacon. No unnecessary additives are added to our products. Very few contain preservatives.
Our bacon and smoked meats are smoked in the traditional way and this creates a much better taste to our bacon. Diabetics are welcome to eat our bacon because there is no sugar added. Our sausages are made from meat and not from soya. Our spices are imported from Germany, this enhances the taste of our products and makes them different.
Our goal is to strive for excellent and consistent quality along with excellent service at an affordable price to the community.
