No.2 Anerley Gardens Holiday Flat

What the flat has:

TV (with limited signal)
DVD player (take your own DVDs or there is a video shop about 5 kms down the road to the south)
All bedding supplied
Bath Towels for 8 supplied
Crockery and cutlery for 8 supplied
1 toilet/shower
1 bathroom
3 bedrooms:
*1 with Queen Bed
*1 with Queen bed and single bunk bed
*1 with Bunk beds
Veranda with concrete table and seating 9 people and a braai
A small little pool next to our flat

Cleaning Services:
There is a maid (Ntombi) that can come in on specified days as agreed by yourself. This will be R100.00 per day. Will only be confirmed once the necessary arrangements have been made so the earlier you let me know the better your chances of securing this service.

How to get there:
From the N3 south you will take the N2 split to the south.
Stay on the N2 south towards Hiberdene. Take the Hiberdene turnoff. You will pass Hiberdene and I can never remember the kilometers but it is about 10 to 20kms along this road. You will pass a MICA store on the right hand side of the road and then you need to get ready to turn right when you see the ANERLEY sign (very shortly after MICA).
Follow the road up (a bit of a squiggle) and you will see a blue and white wall on the right hand side with Anerley Gardens painted at the entrance. Out flat is Number 2.

Location in respect to surrounding areas:
500m walk to the Anerley beach (crossing the main road and then a railway line) – this is a nice beach but I only go there in peak season’s i.e. April and December.
Preferred beaches within 5kms of our flat:
- Southport beach with a parking area about 1 km down to the south. It also has a rock pool for the children and they have Life Guards on duty.
- Banana beach is about 3kms up the road to the North
9kms from Port Shepstone (you will find a decent Pick ‘n Pay there),
20kms from Shelly Beach (a big mall with movie houses and lots of shops)
23kms from Margate
St Michaels, Uvongo, Margate and Ramsgate beaches are the bigger main beaches for this whole stretch along the south coast.
Ramsgate has The Waffle House (we love their waffles)
