Nkgwete IT Solutions is a majority black female owned Information and Communication Technology Service provider, operating in the Mpumalanga Province. Nkgwete IT Solutions is a proudly Level 1 empowerment contributor company, in terms of the DTI Codes of Good Practice, on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.

We provide geographic centric service delivery for a full range of computing services.
Nkgwete means CHAMPIONS. We have chosen this name, because we committed to deliver excellent service, through a team of Champion staff.

The Board and management team of Nkgwete IT Solutions have vast knowledge and experience in the ICT industry. The Management team has worked in the IT industry for the past eighteen years across various organizations, including Eskom, Transnet and T-Systems.

We have a staff complement of over 40 highly qualified Field Serice Engineers who have in depth knowledge and experience in the IT Industry.

We are local Mpumalanga based company with two major offices, one in Witbank (Emalahleni) and Nelspruit (Mbombela).
We also have a staff based in all main cities and towns in the Mpumalanga province.
This strong provincial footprint enables us to support our clients effectively, through our location-centric teams.

Siddika Osman is a young Black Female Entrepreneur and is the primary shareholder in Nkgwete. She holds 67% of the company shares. Sidika also fulfills the role of the Managing Director of Nkgwete.

Sagaren Kanniappen is a Black Male Entrepeneur and a secondary shareholder with a 33% shareholding in Nkgwete. Sagaren fulfils the role of Operations Director in Nkgwete. Sagaren has been working in the industry for the past sixteen years and has knowledge and experience in IT Operations and Management.
