History

Orion Imex CC was originally founded in 2001 with the dual objective of operating as a trading and a management consulting & training organization. Since this time it has been active as a Training Provider and Management Consulting company operating in the fields of Quality and Environmental techniques, tools and systems.

In 2007, in line with the vision of expanding its activities beyond South Africa, Orion Imex started to trade as “NETWORK Global Trading and Consultingâ€. Still in line with the same vision, an agreement was established with VTB Brasil, one of the most traditional Brazilian Consulting and Training organizations, to represent their products and services in the African continent.

From 2010, and responding to a growing demand from our customers, we added Business Coaching and Mentoring services to our portfolio of activities. As result of this expansion we are today, in a position to offer our valued customers and friends a wide variety of courses as well as coaching, mentoring and consulting services in the areas of Measurement, Statistics, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Management, Professional and Business Development.

Successful organisations are composed by successful professionals, with that in mind we offer business and executive coaching and mentoring services (individual or in groups)

Lean Six Sigma

In line with our drive towards excellence, we offer training in the different levels of Lean Six Sigma (i.e from Yellow Belt up to Masters). Besides the training we also facilitate and/or coach trainees through Lean Six Sigma Projects.

Business Development
Systems Implementation & Auditing

We will assist you in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a wide variety of ISO and International Standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO22000 amongst others.

Supplier Development

Considering the important role of Suppliers in the performance of your organisation, we can assist you in activities aimed at monitoring and improving their performance, such as Supplier Audits, Problem Solving Activities and other relevant points.

Project Management

We provide training, facilitation and monitoring of project management related activities (e.g launching of new processes, products, implementation of management systems, implementation of improvement programmes, etc.)
