Urshulah presents Natraj Fusion Bellydance Studio, a space where women of all ages and backgrounds come together to train in the art of tribal-fusion bellydancing in a relaxed, inspired and happy environment.

Natraj as represented by the ‘Cosmic Dancer’ is an archetypal image as being a part of the human psyche. In this form it represents the balancing of life through dance and movement. As an archetypal form bellydance spans all ages and cultures yet it always culminates into the movement of dance as a purely personal and individual expression.

Natraj Fusion Bellydance practices this individualistic fusion as an eternal stream of power, love and consciousness.

Bellydancing has many benefits to physical and mental health. It develops cardiovascular functioning, muscle strength, core strength, suppleness, co-ordination, balance, rhythm, metabolism and ultimately posture. It allows you to relax and center yourself and leaves you grounded with ever-increasing confidence, a way to accept and embrace your given physical form.

It is however first of all a natural expression of yourself through natural movement with music. It is an artistic expression creating beauty, flow and connection in every moment of the dance. It is a true expression of Self and a true expression of the feminine aspect. It bonds us as women into a sisterhood connected over generations dating into antiquity and in its immediate simple everyday form it brings happiness, laughter, fun and togetherness.
