National Immigrants Council of South Africa

The National Immigrants Council of South Africa (NICSA), recognise the civil and basic human rights of all the people in the Republic of South Africa, including the civil and basic human rights of immigrants as entrenched in both the National South African Laws, and the United Nations Universal Declaration of human rights.
NICSA further recognise that such civil and basic rights are fundamental rights, worthy of enhancement and protection, and as such, are committed to represent all foreign nationals in the Republic of South Africa.
NICSA is a union that reflects, and strongly promote co-operation, respect, dignity, and diplomacy between its members, employers, communities, government ministries and departments, and any other parties with vested interests, in its mandated obligations, to constructively, productively, and progressively serve and protect the interest of all its members.
NICSA therefore declare its unreserved commitment to fully co-operate and to engage with any other progressively minded organisations, both government and non government related, as well as with such progressively minded employers, and representative sections of the communities, so as to build and secure a constructive, productive, and progressive union that will serve and protect the interest of all its members.
