We are a private training facility based on the Bluff focusing on group training, private personal training and lifestyle consultancy.

Class times run from Monday to Thursday from 5am-6am, 5:30pm-6:30pm and 6:30pm-7:30pm Please note that we only take a limited number of members per class which is capped at 20 members.

Our personal training is done in complete privacy and rates are charged at a market related prices.

Our lifestyle consultancy department deals with nutritional and exercise guidance, stress management and creating that crucial balance in every day life.

Staff is fully qualified and has a passion for helping and guiding everyone to be the best they can be.
