MYMEMBERSHIP is a cloud based solution developed in-house by certified E2 engineers on a Microsoft platform to meet the needs of African based professional bodies with a diversified membership.

The solution enables professional bodies to fully automate the membership applications by completing an online form to receiving a unique user name and password for access to the secure platform. 

Administrators access the Membership Management Admin platform to review applications, send out bulk e-mail or SMS communications, manage memberships updates, view reports, extract data and edit website content.

MYMEMBERSHIP provides your members with access to a secure members only platform to view and update ones profile, top up CPD points, store CPD certificates, view statements, pay outstanding invoices, download documents, communicate with other members and create a public website. 

Support is provided to administrators and members (if required) via the call centre. The support team includes project managers, customer retention officers, customer care representatives, business analysts, graphic artists and certified engineers.
