Su has lived in Cape Town since 2007. Susanne started renting out her own apartment through Airbnb and has now built a full portfolio of properties mostly in the Atlantic seaboard area.

Our services include:
1.) Advice on designing, furnishing and equipping the property for short term rentals
2.) Organize professional photographs of the property
3.) Market the property and manage online listings and descriptions (advise on and set the price)
4.) Advise on bookings as they occur as well as cancellations or changes in booking dates
5.) Manage guest communication and complaints
6.) On call 24/7 for travellers queries and potential maintenance issues
7.) Arrange payments, cleaning, inspections, key hand over and collection
8.) Provide guest services/personal touches such as a letter of welcome, a gift and tourist information/local transport options
9.) Check-out services such as property inspection and breakage claims
