MxDownloaded (PTY) LTD, is a holding company for three (3) separate sub-corporations, with related but distinct products, services, markets and opportunities. This business plan consolidates the three sub-divisions of the MXD business plan into a well-balanced offering of high quality customer service, branded, well-accepted industrial products, and our own lines of specialty products and secondary services to complement each division's efforts. The current plan calls for opening each sub-corporation and the holding company all within the same location, to facilitate employee and management training, accounting procedures, and inventory management.

MxDownloaded Ent. – brings a new breath of air in the event planning market. By combining old fashioned values, going the extra mile, and using cutting edge event-planning software, MxDownloaded Ent will lead the market, providing the same quality results, every time.

MxDownloaded IT - will develop and support a full line of P.C. and Internet-based business (software) applications. Additionally, MXD will develop and support ad-based Internet marketplaces, on-line magazines, custom-developed commercial websites, and other hosted business products tailored to the Industrial marketplace.

MxDownloaded Visuals - MxDownloaded Visuals Service uses the latest technology to provide video production services. This means that the services provided achieve a level of quality previously reserved for only the most expensive video production companies.
MxDownloaded Visuals Service is a new company and as such, we will need to meet market acceptance. To that end, the company is working to determine trends in the industry, the needs of the customer, and how best to address the needs of the customer.
