Muscle Management has a mission to change the overall outlook of our clients' lives for the better. We offer a specialized approach to Massage Therapy, focusing specifically on Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage.

Through Sports Massage Therapy, our main focus is to improve athletic performance, maintain and improve excellent health, and enhance overall well being – without the excuses. Through Pregnancy Massage Therapy, our focus is to reduce the discomfort associated with the symptoms of pregnancy, thereby promoting a better quality of life.

We are a small company operating from the HangTime gym in Pinelands, Cape Town which effectively allows for a more personalized service. Our specialized massages are private, focused and inclusive to athletes and mums-to-be of all ages and experience levels. Muscle Management concentrates on a deeper perspective than the physical, with the end goal of enhancing the well being of our clients.
