Background
In my career to date:
I have set up five training center’s
I was part of 3 skills development plans
I was the training manager for the southern hemisphere for Grinaker LTA Average, where I trained 15000 in 3.3 years.
At Sasol I was part of the MQA SETA, Chieta and I had brought their training center up to official SAQA standards.
At present I was the Training Manager at CMIJV – Eskom Ingula Pumped storage scheme, where I trained 5 500 people
The primary SETA’s which I use are MQA, MERSETA. HWSETA.SERVICE SETA.ETDP.SETA
The company is also ISO compliant.
