Muizenberg Guestique was built in 1929 in the Patrician style.The same year as the cable way up Table Mountain. Restored to former glory and beyond. Original Table Mountain sandstone stonework sandblasted and original woodwork cleaned up, this house is a beauty again inside and out. Furnished in antique and modern furniture and art from exceptional Muizenberg village artists. Owner Hermias Strauss, previously owned and built up guest farms in Namibia before starting a new life in SA. Living out passion for people, art, furniture and architechture.

Muizenberg Village is unique for its village atmosphere in a near-to-city setting. It is a diverse and artistic community with friendly artsy people living here! Hip restaurants, surf shops, galleries, theatres and the best of all... Muizenberg Beach with its famous picturesque multi coloured dressing rooms.We are on the warmer side with the Indian Ocean which makes this a wonderful swimming and surfing beach for the whole family. Muizenberg with its famous Surfer's Corner is world renown for surfing. Other family facilities on the beachfront include beautiful swimming pools,
play-parks, kite-surfing, waterslides and mini golf. Muizenberg Mountain offers many opportunities for hiking.

Muizenberg is half way between Cape Town and Cape Point and, along with neighbouring St James and Kalkbay, is the hub of the Southern Peninsula. All roads leads to Muizenberg! It is easy to visit Cape Town, all the famous Winelands,
Chapmans Peak and Hout Bay from here. Everything that is not here is only about 30 minutes away.
