We are more than a walk-in, once in a blue moon facility. Members enjoy very special privileges not available to visitors.

MCC is a fun venue for the whole family to enjoy good food, drink, and many fun activities. It is safe, child-friendly and relaxed.

Besides Social membership, we also offer a number of sports facilities such as Bowls, Tennis, Hockey, Pétanque, Croquet, Golf Driving and Running. Beginners are welcome and coaching is available to everybody.

There are many activities for you to enjoy. Party the nights away on Saturdays with DJ’s or live bands such as Ballyhoo and Mean Mr Mustard. Drink green beers on St Patrick’s Day. Partake in Potjie competitions and win prizes. Relax in the sun on National Braai Day. Have a Sunday lunch with family and friends. Entertain business associates. Watch your favourite sports on big screen TV’s. Use the venue for birthday parties. And so much more!

MCC offers individuals different categories of Social membership. For example, if you are over 60 you pay less than the younger folk. If you join as a couple, we knock off around 25% of the subs for each of you! There are also reduced rates for students and scholars.

Very attractive to companies are corporate memberships. Sign up 10 or more of your employees who deserve a perk, and pay only 50% of the normal subs per member! You can also claim the VAT back.

More bang for your buck as a member, for example:
• A personal membership card with your photo on it, entitling you seriously “lekker” discounts on food and drinks. Your discounts alone will pay for your subs in no time!
• You get a car token that allows you to come and go as you like without signing in at the gate. Just don’t park in the boss’s space!
• Free use of the venue for private parties or events.
• Use of sporting facilities at a nominal rate, or join one of the sporting sections.
• Free access to all social functions the club may organise, or reduced cover charges for events such as the Saturday Social Club evenings.
• The right to speak your mind and vote at general meetings.
• No need to sign the visitor’s register every time you come to the club, which we trust you are presently doing!
