Hello and welcome to the Montagu Pilates Studio
My name is Mitya Sargeant and my wife Fiona and I have been teaching Pilates for over 7 years now. We offer both Group Pilates Mat classes and equipment based Pilates Classes here in Montagu. The Mat Classes are held at the Mimosa Lodge found in Church Street Montagu and your instructor is Fiona. I teach private classes incorporating a collection of Pilates equipment such a the the Pilates Reformer, Spine Corrector and Wanda Chair. I also us a variation of the Pilates Cadalac or Trapezium (trap table)
