Mohini's Indian Cooking Lessons

Learn to cook a wide variety of traditional and authentic Indian dishes (from scratch) in the comfort of a home environment. Groups of 4-6 sit around my kitchen table whilst I demonstrate how to make starters, mains and desserts from North India, South India and Mauritius.

I will teach you how to put together a three course meal which we will eat as the lesson progresses. My course consists of four (3 hour) lessons once a week for four consecutive weeks.

At the end of the course you will have learnt where to purchase and how to identify and use all the Indian spices. Each person will receive concise, easy to follow printed recipes and pick up on handy hints and tips along the way.

the lessons are a fun and relaxed way to learn so either form a group with your colleagues or friends or join a group and meet new people
