Mofam Ski School

Mofam Farm was originally home to the Moore family, using the river to enjoy their love of waterskiing. They decided to share their passion of the sport, and opened Mofam River Lodge as a ski school in 2005. During its peak the ski school hosted many competitions for slalom, trick, and jump, including the National Championships for the Western Province, and became a popular stop on the competition circuit!
The site also became a well desired resort as a wedding destination, and other functions and events.

Now under new ownership, we are pleased to bring the ski school back to life, to the flourishing waterskiing venue it once was! The history of the site, and the passion of the people that love the sport make this an exciting time to be at Mofam, and promise to drive it forward to a bright future! The ski school will be running kids coaching clubs through the summer, and hosting mini league competitions.
