Modern Metaphors

Coaching with compassion is based on two core theories:

a. Adult learning theory – thus the premise that people change and learn when they are self motivated. Also when it is self directed and comes from within (intrinsically motivation);

b. Intentional change theory - learning and change is optimal when five key discoveries are made and acted upon. The emphasis is on positive emotions, and “towards” rather than “away from” motivation (so called positive emotional attractors)

Utilizing this we created intervention frameworks to help individuals, career upstarts, managers and leaders to be purposeful, contribute meaningfully and live a balanced life.
