SmartPOS – a system designed to support a retail business as a whole on its daily activities. This system is integrated with advance technology that will guarantee inventory security, accurate financing, improve sells, monitor the business and co-ordination information as it is generated. As a business grows at time it’s required to have storage for some of the stock. Our system will safely manage the warehouse, inside stock and the movement of stock from one place to next. SmartPOS was also built with an inner account that manages every monetary movement in the business. Some of businesses have loyal customers, generating the need to have customer’ accounts. Our system has a simple, secured customer accounts integrated inside. We also have several reports that are produced by the system i.e. sales, income, and business worth, bank, stats and vat reports. These reports can be categorised into daily, monthly and annually. Through the process of registering users on the system, every users is granted only the level of access in the system from point a to z of the functionality. Our System can be installed country wide even outside the borders.
