Mind Moves with Michaela Durban

Mind Moves is a prescribed movement based program to stimulate whole brain and body functioning. It effectively develops the neurological pathways that make up the mechanics for learning ie. senses, brain and muscles. Mind Moves:
- Integrate the dominant and non-dominant parts of brain and body to ensure whole brain learning.
- Complete (inhibit) each primitive reflex (in the correct order) so that the learner can develop physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively.
- Mind Moves can be used to warm up the brain for learning and/ or academic skills. These include writing & public speaking, reading and spelling, creative problem solving & maths as well as memory & confident test writing.
