Middelburg Work 4aliving

The Work 4 a living Centre in Middelburg (EC) was started to bring hope to the unemployed by equipping and empowering them to fulfil their potential and purpose. The phase 1 course empowers people to break the cycle of poverty and equip them with employability and entrepreneurial skills needed to support themselves and their families. They are taught how to get a job and how to keep it by becoming so valuable to their employers that they will not want to lose them, but rather pay them better and promote them. This is true employee power. Excellence and professionalism in everything they do, is emphasised. They are taught financial literacy and how to make wise decisions with the money earned. Those with entrepreneurial skills are encouraged and trained how to start and run a business. This course has the potential of changing South Africa, one person at a time. Phase 2 trains people in skills so that they can get employment or earn money to support themselves and their family. The Work 4 a Living Centre plans to involve people in the community to reach out and meet the needs of others in the community, to bring hope to those who have lost hope and to help all people fulfil the purpose and destiny for which they were created.
