I have also trained at Jorden Restaurant and Bakery as well as Banqueteurs, where I was mentored by a local chef Marc Wassung (http://www.eatout.co.za/venue/sing-supper/)who taught me how he has been running his catering company for the past 8 years.
On my journey I have gained a strong relationship with local, experienced Chefs who continue to mentored and assist me.
