Meryl's School of Cooking provides students with an opportunity to learn from the highly qualified Meryl Erasmus as she shares recipes that she has developed and perfected over the years, from her vast amount of cooking experience.
Meryl Erasmus initially trained as a chef locally, in Durban, South Africa, then moving on to Leith’s School of Food and Wine, in London (www.leiths.com). After qualifying, she has worked in various places including the Ardverikie Estate Lodge in Scotland (www.ardverikie.com), the Mala Mala Game Reserve (www.africanadrenalin.co.za) and the Hartford Country House Hotel (www.hartford.co.za) in South Africa.
