I work from the mindset that our short time here on this planet should be meaningful and fulfilling. Each of us has a unique purpose in life which fuels us and helps us overcome the problems we may face. A psychologist is someone who can help you to harness this potential.

Everyone experiences life and the challenges of life in their own unique way.

I work from the idea that we need to be able to experience ourselves as fully, and as honestly, as possible before we can fully experience all life has to offer. There is no better way to explore and experience yourself than in a safe therapeutic relationship. I therefore emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship in the healing process and offer a range of services to meet each individual's unique needs.

Experiencing yourself fully means feeling. The therapeutic relationship facilitates feeling and exploring all your layers. I work from the idea that we cannot fully be present in our relationships if we are not fully aware of ourselves and what we feel and experience.
