MathaDay Conference & Training Centre

Mathaday Conference & Training Centre is situated in the CBD of central Brakpan and easily reached from the Prince George main road.

Our sentrum offers the following features for up to twelve delegates, one presenter or host and two observer seats. White Board, FHD TV, DVD player with 5.1 surround sound, 8 port switch for LAN. OVHD decoder, WiFi and internet access, USB presentation ports, USB charging ports. live security camera on parking area, intercom to management, built in PA or Karaoke function and radio function.

Venue caters for all the following types of conferences, training or seminars. Laptop or PC presentations or training, Whiteboard presentation, DVD playback, USB or external drive playback, Audio playback from CD, DVD, VCD, USB or MP3. HDMI and VGA link to FHD TV, Textbook style presentation and LAN setup for up to eight delegates. Mathematics classes up to Grade 8 is also presented on a full time base from 14H30 onwards.

Our venue is ideally suited for any of the following needs. Business meetings, Sales Meetings, Feedback sessions, Brainstorming sessions, Company training, Compliance training, Disciplinary and/or CCMA hearings, Social meetings, Club meetings, Church meetings, Organisation, Institution, Group and/or Association meetings, Exam centre, Research Facility, Home schooling, IT training, Movie and/or motivational program screening, Presentations, Seminars, Board meetings, Individual and/or Panel interviews, Study Centre, After hour school classes, Industrial training and Informal meetings.

Venue can be booked in hour intervals and caters for individuals and/or groups that needs a centre which operates after normal working hours and includes any requirements for Sundays. All groups are served with tea, coffee or chilled spring water on arrival and refreshments are served at 10H00, 12H00, 15H00 and 18H00 in the reception/catering area. Furthermore platters can be arranged for any of the above break times. Other break times to be arranged with management. a Strict No-Smoking policy is enforced in presentation area and venue complies to safety legislation in terms of fire, first aid and emergency escape routes.
