Fitness and training have been my life since I was 9 years old. I represented SA for Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts), completed my Diploma in Personal Training and Furthered my studies in B.A Sports Psychology and Human Movement Sciences (Undergrad Biokinetics).

This has given me an all encompassing knowledge of the body and mind. I enjoy working with all clients and conditions including, post op rehab, coordination development, MS, all the way back to your regular Joe who wants to look good.
