A Sport and Exercise agency with a vision to facilitate helping people make themselves better by improving the holistic, physical and emotional qualities of life and a mission to maintain a state of the art fitness services that offers the clientele diverse, productive, affordable, and accessible means of exercise and fitness that is supervised by a well trained staff.

Our vision for sport is to support the development of sport in South Africa and reach a level which allows us to give something back to the society. Social responsibility should be now a dimension in sport which is to be acquired through a comprehensive evolutional process. Sport should be used as a tool foe improvement of the following areas; peace promotion, children's rights promotion, education, health promotion, promotion of anti discrimination, and the social intergration of different social groups, as well as promotion of environmental protection. This new social dimension of sport will certainly not be limited to the above mentioned areas, will also expand its influence in the future on other social areas requiring improvement. Social responsibility shaped in this manner cannot be expressed through individual and separate attempt of sport organisations. It must be the results of ongoing and synchronized process.
