Hi, my name is David Maluke i am the owner, operator, designer of the Maluke Home Designs company. This page generally include lots of glossy ArchiCAD photographs in stunningly beautiful homes that for many people are dreams only attainable after a substantial lottery win. I won't deny it is great to work with large budget and we do have a passion for period properties that need loving restoration... and professional project management.

How we also create beautiful bespoke interiors for everyday homes that have very specific budgets. We embrace every project and challenge with the same amout of dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism no matter the size of the budget. Working with our clients on national scale, may it be creative architectural designs and planning of a new building, we bring fresh ideas, personality and enthusiasm and technical expertise.
