A basic self catering family holiday cottage that can sleep 10 people. Get away from the rat race, enjoy a book or some family board games. Relax on comfy sofa or slip into moulded armchairs. No shoes required as you put your feet up and slip back in time to the relaxed life.
The Main house is level ground, Rooms are large enough to easily accommodate a wheelchair. Concrete patio surrounds house is almost level. Ideal for strong Para or assisted Quad. Roll in shower but no grab rails in bathroom. Quadriplegic owned property. Some beds high to help with transfers.
Cottage borders on a coastal nature reserve that runs between Morgan Bay and Double Mouth and is ideal for nature lovers and birders and is an easy walk to the sea. The Cottage has sea views.

Morgan Bay is ideally situated, about 80km (1 hours drive) from East London.

Situated near the kranz, Malcomess Cottage is just 100 meters from the sea. The beach, dunes, fishing spots, hotel facilities, local convenience store and magnificent cliffs are in easy walking distance.

Low season/Weekends : R1500.00 (Minimum stay 2 nights)
Mid season : R2000.00 (Minimum stay 5 nights) Easter March/April & June/July & September/October school holidays
Peak Season : R2500.00 (Minimum stay 14 nights) December/January

Cancellations:

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Between 0-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of invoiced amount cancellation fee.
Between 8-14 days prior to arrival, 50% of invoiced amount cancellation fee.
Between 15-21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit cancellation fee.
Between 22-28+ days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit cancellation fee.
The Landlord will not be liable for
any loss or damage of any property or injury or death to Tenant or any person occurring on or about
the Premises. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from all claims, expenses,
damages and liabilities of whatever nature, including attorney's fees, relating to the foregoing.
