• Outdoor braai area covered and protected from the prevailing winds
• Large upstairs room with table tennis table, front balcony with sea views and braai facilities, back balcony with mountain views.

Notes:
• 2 nights minimum stay
• Dogs are welcome.
• The tap water is drinkable.
• As in all West Coast areas, water is a scarcity, so please use it wisely.
• The toilets are connected to a septic tank so nothing other than your “business” and your toilet paper should be flushed. If in doubt, put it in the bin provided.
• This is a non-smoking house – please do not smoke indoors.
• There are thorns outside, so be sure to wear shoes when leaving the common areas.
• Gas, toilet paper and electricity are provided.
• The electricity is via a prepaid meter. It should always be sufficiently topped up for your use.
• Please lock the windows and doors of all areas if you leave the property. Although crime is virtually non-existent in the area, we cannot be held responsible for any losses that might occur. There is an outside alarm that can be activated at night.
• Please notify us of any breakages so that items can be replaced or repaired.
Pricing
Monday-Thurs - R850 per day
Friday-Sunday - R1350 per day
There is a R350 once off charge for cleaning and to meet up.
Discounts may be applied on request, depending on size of party, season and length of stay
