Directions To Zip X from Middelburg (road to Loskop Dam).
1) Take N11 from Middelburg towards Groblersdal for 19kms .
2) Turn left at Bankplaas at (S25 36.286 E29 26.746), there is a big Zip X sign on the left
3) Continue 8.6km and turn right towards Sebaka (S 25 34.732 E 29 22.118) Zip X signs.
4) Continue for 8.2 km and turn left at (S25 30.809 E 29 20.284) Zip X sign on left.
5) After 1.8 km turn left at( S25 29.886 E 29 19.967 ) Zip X sign on left.
6) Follow to 2 steel gates , enter left gate and keep left at Zip X sign.
7) Follow for 1.6kms, turn left at sliding gate with Zip X sign.
8 ) Follow road down into valley between 2 game fences for 1.5kms, arrive at office.,
Directions from Groblersdal to Middelburg on N11 (Loskop Dam road):
1) Pass Dam Wall, up Kranspoort Pass, go past DeVoetpadkloof sign right (14.5km from Wall)
2) 900 Meteres onwards, turn right at Bankplaas (turnoff hidden, approach slowly).
3) Continue 14,5km (pass washed away bridge after 12km), turn right at Zip X sign on right.
4) Follow steps 5 to 8 as described above.
Please note:
The condition of the road varies from time to time (good to bad). There is quite a few kilometres on gravel road and it is advisable to drive with a SUV or Bakkie, although a 4 x 4 is not necessary. A normal vehicle can also get there (not from Loskop Dam directions, step 3 NOT advisable because of bridge being washed away) , just drive more carefully.
Please take travelling time into account so we can keep our schedule accurate, ±50 minutes from Middelburg, and lots of road works from Groblersdal.
