Children’s and Maternity Consignment Sales Event!

Consignment is when we “Like New” sell your goods for you. You keep ownership of your good until we sell it, if it sells. As the owner, you’d pay a small fee to Like New as compensation for us selling your item.

For example, you consign a children’s bicycle for R100. When we sell your bicycle, we take 30% or R30. You receive R70. If the bicycle doesn’t sell, then you take your items home for no charge, or donate to charity.

Like New gives families a way to buy quality items at bargain prices for their growing families. For those that are selling items, Like New offers you an opportunity to make some extra money from selling your gently-loved or new, little-ones items that are no longer in use.

This sale is NOT a Jumble sale. All items are inspected upon check in to be sure that they are clean, without stains and in working order. All items are organized into a store-format so that it is easy to shop and find the sizes and types of products you are looking for.

Another important part of what we do is supply unsold inventory (on your approval) to local charities in need.

We host sales events to sell your items on your behalf and offer a place for families to come and shop for affordable, gently-loved baby or children’s item that are Like New.

Like New is a family business. We understand that baby goods can be expensive, or that you have the need to sell your gently-loved items no longer in use, and provide a platform to do it hassle-free.
