Let's Just Yoga

Jamie completed her 200 YTT at Living Yoga in 2017 and began teaching from that moment on. Since then she's completed Aerial Yoga™ 100 hour Teacher Training with Julie Fowler. She often attends workshops from amazing teachers from all around the world, learning new techniques and Yoga styles to enhance her yoga practice.

When she's not on her mat she's a Graphic Designer and part time photographer - being on constant deadlines she knows how important it is just to just take a moment to unwind and take a breath.
