Legend-dairy

Wattlewood is situated outside Magaliesburg on 85 hectares, nestled in the Koesterfontein area. The farm primarily does firewood and has an extensive forest of black wattle. We have a small herd of nguni cattle as well. Last year we decided to start a goat dairy with saanen's and toggenburgs and crosses of both. All our goats are kept in as natural stress free environment as possible to ensure good health and quality milk. We have been upgrading continuously to reach a fully operational goat dairy status and shall be in the process of producing various cheese's yoghurts in the near future for consumers locally and in the greater Gauteng area. With consumer emphasis on healthy eating and as natural as nature intended, we focus on products that are of a consistent high quality and maintain a high standard of hygiene as well as animal husbandry.
