Legally Armed is a business with the purpose of providing a one-stop service with regards to the administration of the Firearms Control Act. We would like to make it simpler for the general public to comply with the requirements of the Act.

Applications for new firearm licences
Renewal of licences and business licences
Appeals on refusal of licences as well as reviews on appeals turned down
Application for competency certificates
Application for accreditation of business to possess firearms
Render assistance during administrative trials when fitness to possess a firearm is in question
Transport of estate firearm/s and ammunition, storage, change of ownership to Dealer Stock & obtain such proof from Central Firearm Registry (CFCR) for Estate Handling company within 30 business days, in order to close their estate file.
