LB Project Management is a professional service that uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end.

The purpose of LB is to control a project’s time, cost and quality. LB is compatible with all project delivery systems such as housing schemes, upmarket free-standing houses and entire townhouse complexes. We specialize in large house renovations including drafting, Interior design and decorating so your building becomes far more comprehensive with us no matter the setting.

LB is open to any commercial construction as we have completed many structural buildings such as the BetXchange building in Benoni – a large triple story office block completed in 2015.

LB’s responsibility is to the owner, and to a successful project. We have our own structural crews as well as professional subcontract teams, we work in line with Architects and our own in-house Interior Designer to initiate a project from inception and completed on time and on form.

LB Turnkey Projects is an owner managed company by Lee Jules and Boris Weiss, each have over 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry and have managed projects of all sizes.

We offer hands on, personal attention throughout the projects as well as affordable building options and are willing to negotiate to stay within your budget.
