La Frasca Restaurant & Pizzeria

La Frasca is a small family run Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Gardens. Fabrizio (chef, from Trieste) and Erika (front house, from Genova) opened La Frasca end April 2013. Our signature dishes include FRESH HOMEMADE PASTA, wood-fired PIZZA with a thin and crispy base made with stone-ground flour, HOME-CURED WOOD-FIRED HAM and our REGIONAL DISHES from Trieste. The menu changes according to season and it is mainly written on boards. We also love fresh herbs and extra-virgin olive oil. The accent is on simple and tasty food with genuine ingredients. The more sustainable the better. We use local produce translated into our regional cuisine, with Fabrizio's personal touch. And you'll also find a great local craft beer or wine to accompany your meal ;)
