Accommodating up to 16 guests, Kukama's Rest comprises six well-appointed, light and airy en-suite bedrooms three double, one double with sleeper couch and two king one of which is a flat with kitchenette each with its access to an outside deck offering spectacular views of the bush.
Step outside on the deck to admire the Waterberg landscape and enjoy a freshly prepared cup of coffee as you fight off the morning chill.
At night over sundowners relax in the private villa boma; an icy Amarula, warm fire and the sound of Africa around you provide great company. Have a barbecue under the stars or a long chat until the wee hours of the night. It’s your African bush-veld experience to do with as you please. The wild life around the property is amazing. Regular visits from two Nyala's will amaze you.
There are something for everyone in and around Zebula. Horseback Safaris offer a different perspective for wildlife viewing. With a myriad activities from which to choose, Zebula is all things to all people. In fact, there is so much to do that a weekend away may well not suffice and you'll find yourself, like so many of our guests, returning again and again, becoming familiar old friends in the process. Bush walks and drives, spa treatments, interactions with animals, quad and horseback safaris, fishing, archery, clay target shooting and tennis. The list is endless. For the men we have a fantastic golf course where you can see various game while you play. Offering way more than the usual 'Touch and Feed' elephant experience; Adventures with Elephants provide unique hands-on elephant interactions, elephant-back safaris, swims on the elephants, starlight safaris, as well as tailor-made activities such as weddings, team building, corporate functions and filming. The Snake & Reptile Park has a variety of species which are both indigenous and exotic. snakes include species such as pythons, red tail boa, puff adders, cobra's and many others. Reptiles include the bearded dragons.
