This owner, (and ex-chef) operated butchery has a special focus on venison from the Eastern Cape. Due to it's health properties, we believe that venison will be the red meat of choice in future. We do not add any MSG to our Biltong, Droewors & Boerewors. We also stock Free Range beef and lamb with no added hormones, antibiotics and stimulants.
