Background

We have been involved with eFiling and easyFile since April 2002 assisting SARS, accountants, corporate clients as well as individuals. The assistance that I provided covered all aspects of eFiling and easyFile. I also assisted clients with SARS issues that were not eFiling or easyFile related.

Rationale

The only assistance that is offered for eFiling is via the SARS call centre. Only a few resources exist for easyFile assistance in the Western Cape. I do not supply tax advice. The service is purely a technical and training service to assist all eFilers and easyFilers with accessible help.
