Dear Client
My family and I came from Kimberley in the Northern Cape where we stayed for 30 years. I have been a building contractor for the past 19 years. We now moved to Langebaan for new challenges. During the 19 years I built several new houses as well as renovations/maintenance on buildings which includes Medi-Clinic Kimberley. New buildings that can be highlighted include the Diamantveld High School’s Clubhouse as well as two Game Lodges around Kimberley. During that time we also achieved some NHBRC awards for highly recommended and best builder. For this I can only thank the Lord for leading us in such a way to make it possible for us to achieve such an honour.
I am already busy building speculation houses at Langebaan for myself. I am in the building industry because I like being creative and the end results is so rewarding.
My main objective at this stage is to put the knowledge I achieved, back into the building industry to help or assist other people that are not able to be on site or simple doesn’t have the knowledge to build their dream home.
For me to assist you building your dream home as the owner, we must look at a few points:
Firstly I want a written guarantee from the bank or a lawyer for the full sum for the whole project.
You must have already bought a piece of land or are in the process of buying some. The moment that it’s registered in your name, you must decide on a draughtsman or an architect. As soon as the plans are approved, we can discuss the whole plan in detail and the material to be used. I then get started with quotations for the work to be done (build, plaster, tiling, painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, paving, etc.) You as the owner have the first choice to decide on which contractor to use. You as the owner then give it to me in writing as well as all the changes you make during the process so that there will be no misunderstandings.
After all the municipal-, engineering- and surveyor-fees is paid in full, only then can the building work starts. The first action is the cleaning of the plot, organising for a container in which the material will be stored and a workers toilet which will be cleaned by the supplier. As the project leader, I then organise everything further on, on behalf of you as the owner. The payments will be done direct from you as the owner to the suppliers, to which I shall see to all due dates according to material, contractors, container, toilet, etc. Then I organise for the arranged contractors to be on site and for the material to be delivered on time.
Regular inspections to monitor the quality, progress and material will be done by me and weekly feedback will be given to you as the owner. All invoices will be e-mailed immediately to you. I will not organise anything before I haven’t discuss it with you as the customer.
The choices of tiles, taps, colours, carpets, laminated flooring and paint will be done in advance so that there won’t be any delays.

Project Leaders’ fee is negotiable according to plan size and detail.
