The main objectives of this programme is to provide after-care services, create a platform for community engagemnent and to adopt pre-existing groups into network structures.
The planned outcomes are for youth network members to have better respect for the law and other peoples rights, to reflect the spirit of brotherhood through outreach initiatives, to create youth role models, to empower youth to make concious decisions and to help them better understand the role of youth as community developers.
The target audience is youth who were previously in conflict with the law, those who have behavioral problems, those raised by single parents, those that are emotionally vulnerable and others who are gang members.
The networks are together for the duration of a year but is adjustable to change if network members wish to continue in it.
